Below is a new, maintenance free kitchen floor. Set with offset pattern of Crossville Color-Blox Porcelain Tile in 12" and 6". The grout is Laticrete Epoxy Grout in slate grey. A custom cabinet with granite tile counter top was also installed as a seating and baking center.

This is a new full bath in client's basement.
6" x 6" wall tile, bright white and cobalt blue porcelain with light blue pencil liner on the walls. Floor in 12" x 12" ceramic, shades of light blue to white, textured face with a medium blue grout.
This entire basement bath project was handled start to finish by JL Built Inc.
